Villa Powerhorn 15 is a stylish ground floor three bedroom property, overlooking the 17th green within the championship Desert Springs Resort in Almeria Spain.
The villa sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one twin room. The interior of the villa has bright whitewashed walls, minimalistic decor, air conditioning, ceiling fans and an open-plan layout. There are two bathrooms, one connected to the master bedroom and a family bathroom with an overhead shower unit. The kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob fridge/freezer. dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast bar. The lounge includes satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, a dining area and terrace.
The outdoor space includes a private swimming pool approximately 10m x 5m in size, an open terrace, mature gardens, outdoor garden sofas and an alfresco barbecue area.

The Indiana Golf Course, an 18-hole championship course, designed by Peter McEvoy and built to full USGA specifications. It contrasts lush emerald fairways with rugged desert landscapes that feature sand areas, dry creek streambed, and Europe's largest cactus garden. To achieve a low score the golfer has to play smartly by positioning his shot play over power. The course provides a unique challenge for golfers of all skill levels
